James Officer has over 20 years’ experience in coaching others to maximize their opportunities. His philosophy is that perspective doesn't simply shape reality, it can reshape reality. If we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change. His book Keep Calm & Grow Rich: A Guide to Choosing Your Destiny provides insights and specific techniques to begin to take control of your outcomes by taking control of the place where all outcomes originate... your thoughts. It provides strategies to help you develop the ability to control your thoughts and words that ultimately impact your self-image, which is the version of you that interacts with the external world. Our beliefs, emotions, and behaviors shape how we are perceived by others and ultimately how we perceive ourselves. In this session, James will challenge participants to question what they have accepted as real...normal...the way things are. Purchase the book at www.amazon.com/Keep-Calm-Grow-Rich-Choosing/dp/1546905219/and be prepared to identify your perspectives.
