November Membership Meeting

Description:

MARSHAWN WOLLEY, School of Public and Environmental Affairs

Topic of Discussion: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Public Policy during the Trump Presidency - A follow-up

Marshawn Wolley is a faculty member with the School of Public and Environmental Affairs where he teaches courses on public affairs and diversity issues.  In January Marshawn provided insight into potential policy issues under the Trump administration using "The Art of the Deal" written by the then newly elected president.  DRTCI will end the program year by having Marshawn revisit public policy after nearly a year under the Trump administration, identify the impact on diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as strategies to address advocacy for diversity and inclusion efforts.
